Workers began laying concrete in the circle of the roundabout this week. The roundabout at the corner of Market and Second St. is expected to open in December. The city recently held a Roundabout Rally to help people understand how the roundabout would work.

A lot of people have complained about this roundabout but they're stupid. I heard someone complaining about it the other day at weslakes saying it would never work. I held my tounge but I wanted to ask to see her civil engineering degree. I think it makes perfect sense and will be a nice addition to downtown Fulton.
