Patricia Anderson

March 18, 2023

Patricia Ann (Fink) Anderson, 85, of Fulton, joined her beloved husband, Lane, in Heaven on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Patricia was the daughter of the late Rudy John Fink Sr. and the late Genevieve (Wendring) Fink.
Patricia was raised on the family farm along with her eight cherished siblings. On November 24, 1956, she married Howard “Lane” Anderson and built a wonderful life together. They were blessed with daughter, Lori, in 1966 and a son, Patrick, in 1970.
According to her sisters, Pat was the most hardheaded and stubborn of the bunch. She was a caretaker and always took up for the little ones. She began working at Stride Right shoe factory at the age of 16. Pat became a stay-at-home Mom in 1966 and was a devoted and loving wife and mother. In the late 70s, she rejoined the workforce at First National Bank. Pat continued working in the banking industry, retiring from Bank Star One. After retirement, she worked part-time at United Security Bank until 2013.
Patricia was a devoted member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and she also attended school there. She demonstrated her Catholic faith through her actions in everyday life. Her happiest times were spent with family and friends. She loved camping, music, riding horses and watching Patrick play baseball. She was a talented seamstress, making many of the kid’s clothing and, of course, clothes for Lori’s dolls.
Patricia's memory will forever be cherished by her daughter, Lori (Richard) Tutt and son, Patrick Anderson, all of Fulton; grandchildren, Devin Anderson (Kassi) of Columbia; Laney DeGraw (Jeff) of Bismarck, N.D.; Bailey Tutt (Spencer) of Kansas City; Brian Tutt of Fulton; Leslie Clark of Fulton; and Alex Anderson of Ashland; five great-grandchildren, Prudince and Elwood Anderson; Aryanna and Rose DeGraw; and Charlotte Clark; along with her sisters, Rose Vandeloecht, Mary Ann Lamons, Joyce Vandelicht (Tom), Barb Middaugh (Kenny), Terry Loyd (Les); brother, Rudy “Sonny” Fink (Kay) and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Lane, and siblings, Teddy Joe, Cathryn, Cecelia and Michael Fink. Also going before Pat were brothers-in-law, Clifford Vandeloecht, Dean Lamons, Leo “Pete” Green and Clyde Grimm; and sisters-in-law, Ina Green and Zona Grimm.
Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Maupin Funeral Home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 23, 2023, at St. Peter Catholic Church in Fulton with Father Joseph Abah officiating.
Interment will be held at Callaway Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to St. Peter’s Catholic Church, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Boulevard, Fulton, MO 65251.
