Tess Angela Sessler

Tess Angela Sessler, 69, passed away on September 3, 2022, at the University Hospital in Columbia. On January 31, 1953, she was born to the late Loyd H. Clines and the late Erma Lee (Frost) Clines in Springfield, Missouri. Tess was united in marriage to Joseph Sessler on June 18, 1976, and he preceded her in death on September 2, 2009. She enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, campfires, gravel roading and most of all, spending time with her family. She will be strongly missed and lovingly remembered by her brothers, Dennis Clines and Shane Clines (Lisa); sister, Lisa Hays (Tim); sisters-in-law, MJ Sessler, Margaret Sessler and Carol Giaconia (Jack); brother-in-law, John Sessler (Debbie), nieces and nephews, Travis Clines (Carla), Brandie Tharp (Landen), Melissa Hughes (Kevin), Ashley Beale (Joe), Blake Daro (Shelby), Josh Thompson, Chelsey Flynn (Eric), Trenton Clines (Reba), Dakota Bumphrey (Morgan), Isaiah Hays and Paige Clines; great-nieces and nephews, William Clines, Elizabeth Hess, Jeff Clines (Miranda), Thomas Jonathon Branch, Jr., Zaniel Beale, Tyler Daro, Dominick Tharp, Parker Tharp, Jacob Flynn, Olivia Clines, Zalan Beale, Brayden Flynn, Zoey Beale, Weston Flynn, Noelle Hughes, Vaida-Jean Bumphrey; great-great-niece and nephew, Rylee and Callen Hess; as well as many nieces and nephews from the Sessler family. Along with her parents and husband, Tess was preceded in death by her brother, Howard Clines; sisters, Cindy Clines, Paula Thompson, and Faith Clines; and one great-niece, Peyton Lee Flynn. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at Maupin Funeral Home with Wesley Stratton officiating. Friends will be received from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
