William Kenneth "Kenny" Morris, 73, of Fulton, Mo., passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at his home. Kenny was born on November 30, 1948 in Fulton, Mo., the son of Elwood and Juanita (Reed) Morris, who preceded him in death. On November 4, 1966, in Fulton, Mo., he was united in marriage to Thelma Leona Salmons. He was a member of Mt Carmel Church and a dedicated member of the Callaway Cruisers Car Club since 2008. In June of 2012, Kenny retired from AZZ as a copper specialist. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for his family and friends, including teaching his granddaughter, Emily, how to play tennis. He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved old cars and trucks, turkey hunting and deer hunting. Recently he took on the hobby of designing and creating turkey calls. He was hard-working and always tinkering around the garage. He was passionate about his dogs, CeCe, Reese, Murphy and Darcy, and spoiling his Emily cat. Kenny enjoyed watching dirt and asphalt racing and collected Jeff Gordon memorabilia. His greatest joy was his grandchildren and he will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Thelma Morris of the home; one son, Robby Morris (Crystal) of Fulton, Mo.; one daughter, Camille Morris-David (Russell) of Fulton, Mo.; four grandchildren, Emily David (Evan), Nathan Morris (Ashley), Jonathan Morris (Leah) and Charles McClelland (Kaitlin); six great-grandchildren, Allie, Dalton, Haven, Hazel, Wilder, Logann and one due in May; and one special cousin, Anna Allen. Funeral service be on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Nick Drake officiating. Burial will be in Mt Carmel Cemetery, Fulton, Mo.
