Doris Staats

Dorris Staats of Clifton, Texas, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 21, 2022. Dorris grew up in Callaway County, Missouri. She worked for the state of Missouri for 20 years. She loved quilting and gardening, but most of all her family. Dorris will be dearly missed and always remembered. She is survived by her loving husband, Billy Staats; son, Perry Staats; daughter, Kelly Sue Campbell and husband Rollin; grandsons, Colby and Avery; sister, Henrietta Cave; and numerous nieces and newphews. Dorris was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Birdie Rice; brothers, Bob and Pete Rice; and sister, Shirley Gene Jordan. A graveside service will be 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 25, at Clifton Memorial Park Cemetery with Brother Carroll Hambrick officiating.
