David “Dusty” Van Reen Henage, 73, of Bentonville, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022, at his home. He was born March 23, 1949 in Fulton, Missouri, the son of Vernon and Rose Van Reen Henage. Dusty was a 1967 graduate of Fulton High School. He loved his hometown of Fulton, Missouri and was a lifetime member of the Fulton VFW. Dusty was a veteran who served in Korea during the Vietnam-era. In his earlier days he enjoyed racing and restoring cars. Some of his other past-times included playing golf, bowling, softball and woodworking. He married his wife Sandra in 1979 and they celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary this past June. He was a loving husband, a great father and brother and a wonderful grandfather. Dusty was preceded in death by his parents, and he is survived by his wife, Sandy Henage of the home; one son, David Henage; one daughter, Kathleen and husband Michael Coughlin; two grandchildren, Elle Coughlin and Collin Coughlin; one brother, John and wife Suzanne Henage of Columbia, Missouri; niece, Amy Rigg; nephew, Casey Henage; one sister-in-law, Susan Sheehan of Warwick, Pennsylvania; one niece, Jill McLean; and one nephew, Scott Sheehan. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 13 at Callison-Lough Funeral Home, Bentonville, Ark. with interment to follow at Springtown Cemetery.
