Vivian Faye Cook

Vivian Faye Cook, 80, of Columbia, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. She was born on February 13, 1940 as Vivian Faye Mabary in Cross Timbers, Missouri, a daughter of Kenneth and Willa Mabary, who preceded her in death. She lived in the Columbia area for over 60 years. Her favorite pastime was fishing. She also loved singing and playing any musical instrument she could get her hands on. She is survived by her three daughters: Bambi Perry of Brighton, Teresa (Mark) Fort of Fulton, and Rebecca (Paul) Crowson of Hobe Sound, Florida; five grandsons: Christopher Shields, Dale Anthony Perry, Holden Perry, Trevor Fort, Zachary Fort; four great-grandchildren: Ivy Perry, Emma Perry, Leland Shields and Syllas Perry; two brothers: Vincent Mabary, Quinten Mabary; and one sister: Violet Thomas. She was preceded in death by a son, Cuyler Cook, and a brother, Galen Mabary. A private family service will be held at a later date.
