EWING Margaret Kathryn Ewing, 97, of Williamsburg, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Hams Prairie, Missouri on April 8, 1923, to the late William Arthur and the late Bessie Amelia (Beard) Glover. Margaret was married to Charles Ewing, who preceded her in death. Margaret was a caring soul and her life's work was to care for others. She earned her living as a private care nurse. In her spare time, she enjoyed going on road trips and shopping. Margaret was a member of St. James United Methodist Church. Margaret is survived by sons, Larry McDonald of Williamsburg; daughter, Patricia Ann Turner (Robert) of Williamsburg; step-son, Johnny McDonald of Florida; step-daughter, Lavern McDonald of Florida; sisters, Ella Mae Williamson; niece, Marsha Young of St. Louis; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, William A. Glover Jr. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Mike Crowson officiating. Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Oak Level Cemetery.
