Donald Alan Duffy

Donald Alan Duffy, 70, Columbia, Mo., passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at his home near Columbia, Mo. Donald was born on April 19, 1949 in St. Louis, Mo., the son of Herbert and Umbra Mae (Coolley) Duffy, who preceded him in death. He was married on April 25, 1969 in Fulton, Mo. to Linda Harris. Don retired from the Missouri National Guard after 27 years of service and then was a truck driver for several different companies in the area, Modern Farm, MFA Oil and Klemm Tank Lines. Survivors include: his wife, Linda Duffy of the home; one daughter, Deanne Stubblefield (Danny) of Columbia, Mo.; one son, David Duffy (Janet) of Auxvasse, Mo.; one brother, Ron Duffy (Betty) of Nixa, Mo. Due to the present healthcare precautions there will be a graveside service set at a later date in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Hatton, Mo. with full military honors.
