Oscar Franklin Ross Jr.

Oscar Franklin Ross Jr., 82, of Fulton, Mo., passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo. Oscar was born on January 14, 1938 in Fulton, Mo., the son of Oscar and Mary (Pope) Ross, who preceded him in death. He was married on September 5, 2007 in Fulton, Mo. to Mary (Simpson) Ross, who survives of the home. Oscar retired in 2006 from the Callaway County Sheriff Department as their administrator. Other survivors include: three sons, Danny Ross of the state of California, Kevin Ross of Fulton, Mo. and Wayne Ross (Teresa) of Stanford, Ky.; three step-children, Brian Shoaf of Columbia, Mo., Laura Shoaf of Fulton, Mo. and Jennifer Renner (Robby) of Fulton, Mo.; and six grandchildren, Rebecca Ross, Aaron Renner, Cody Renner, Jordon Renner, Darien McFadden and Dalton McFadden.
