Mary Ann Curtis

Mary Ann Curtis, 79, of Steedman, passed away at her home on Sunday, July 12, 2020. She was born on September 15, 1940, in Holladay, Tennessee to the late Ernest Charles Cordell and the late Ruth Willa (Pratt) Baker. On August 12, 1990, Mary Ann was married to George Robert Curtis who survives her passing. Mary Ann will be remembered a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her husband, George, she is survived by sons, James Randall Davis of Jefferson City, John Davis of Fulton Nathaniel Davis of Hatton, Sam Davis of Fulton, and Marc Davis (Lori) of Fulton; daughter, Rachael Rowden of Millersburg; sisters, Martha Jane Shemwell of Tenn., Deanna Sellers (Rick) of Ill., and Carol Crandall (Todd) of Okla.; nine grandchildren, Preston Davis, Saranda Davis (Trevor Dougherty), Elliana Rowden (Derek Dixon), Naomi Davis, Bekah Davis, Logan Davis, Gracie Davis, Peyton Davis, Trenton Davis; and one great-grandchild, Liam Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ronald Kent and David Joel Baker; and grandson, James Lee Davis. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton. Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
