Joseph Louis Rice

Joseph Louis Rice, 57, of Fulton, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at his home in Fulton, Mo. Joseph was born on November 2, 1962, in Eureka, Mo., the son of Robert Dale Rice and Donna J. Welty. He attended Fulton Public School in Fulton, Mo. Joe was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and being surrounded by his family and friends. Survivors include: his mother, Donna Snook (Robert) of Fulton, Mo.; two sons, Jody Holt (Chelsea Mann) of Springfield, Mo. and Jeremy Rice of Columbia, Mo.; three daughters, Elizabeth Rice (Eric Brantley) of Springfield, Mo, Chrissy Rice (Matt Baumann) of Springfield, Mo. and Nacole Whittier (Doug) of Mountain Home, Idaho; four brothers, Timothy Rice (Bobbie) of Fulton, Mo., Robert Rice of Kennett, Mo., Maurice Bishop (Kenzie Archer) of Fulton, Mo. and Joseph Snook (Rose) of Fulton, Mo.; three sisters, Angel Kinney (Ken) of Fulton, Mo., Jenny Quick (Gary) of Fulton, Mo. and Penny Snook (Brad Walker) of Kingdom City, Mo.; 12 grandchildren Morgan, Gavin, Ethan, Ryder, Reagan, Eldon, Haylee, Ryann, Lavonne, Whitney, Kaelynn, Izaiah and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Dale Rice; one brother, Daniel Snook and his grandparents. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2020, at Debo Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Gilbert Sing and Rev.
