Paul Neal Cloud

Paul Neal Cloud, 55, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017, at his home. He was born on November 15, 1961 in Callaway County, the son of the late John Cloud and the late Janet (Brigleb) Cloud. On February 12, 1983, Paul married Teresa Ann (Wetherell) Cloud. She preceded him in death on February 13, 2016. Paul was a pipefitter and belonged to UA Local 562 for more than 30 years. He was a member of Sons of AMVETS and a past member of the Jaycees. An avid fan of NASCAR, he enjoyed going to Kansas Speedway. He also liked going to Lake of the Ozarks. Paul's greatest passion was spending time with his family and friends and spoiling his grandgirls. Those remaining to mourn his passing include his daughters, Stacy Ann Skinner and Amanda Rae Cloud, both of Fulton; granddaughters, Alexis RaeAnn "Lexi" Skinner, Alison LeeAnn "Ali" Skinner, Morgan Celeste Skinner, and Kelsie Lauren Skinner; cousin, Jennifer Denise Cloud (Bob Laing); and his faithful companion, Taz. Along with his parents and wife, Teresa, Paul was preceded in death by his uncle, Dick Cloud, and aunt, Linda Cloud. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastors Jim Kimbell and Bruce Williamson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2017 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
