Dwilla Rosalee Ollar

Dwilla Rosalee Ollar, 81, of Fulton, passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 2, 1936, the daughter of the late Julian Anderson and the late Dorthy (Layman) Anderson. On her birthday in 1955, Dwilla was united in marriage to Dow Ollar who survives her passing. Dwilla owned and operated East End Market for 26 years with her husband. She later worked at Moser's Grocery Store. A woman of great faith, Dwilla loved to attend Callaway Christian Church. While she enjoyed cooking and baking, her fondest memories were of times spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Those remaining to cherish her memory include her husband of 62 years, Dow Ollar; daughter-in-law, Brenda Ollar of Fulton; sister, Norma Crask of Springfield; grandsons, John Ollar (Alisha) of Fulton and Joshua Ollar (Taylor Marsh) of Fulton; and great-grandchildren, Carson, Kaidance and Bentley Ollar. Along with her parents, Dwilla was preceded in death by her son, Michael Ollar. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Mark Kummer officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2017, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
