Julie Ann Brown, 24, of Washington, Mo., passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at Mercy Hospital. She was born in Washington, Mo. on August 29, 1992, the daughter of Kimberly J. (Brown) Skirvin. Julie is survived by her mother, Kimberly; step-brother, Michael Wayne Skirvin; and grandmother, Doris Brown. She was preceded in death by grandfather, Anthony Ray Brown.
