Robert Stack

Robert Maurice Stack, 59, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2015, at his home following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born on June 13, 1955, in St. Louis, the son of the late Maurice Stack and Margaret (Lander) Stack. On February 13, 1976, Robert was united in marriage to Gwen (Warden) Stack. She survives his passing. Robert was a graduate of South Callaway High School. Following graduation, he received his Associates Degree from Linn Technical School. He worked alongside his father at Callaway Lumber, and at Ovid Bell. He retired from Callaway County Road and Bridge Department. Robert enjoyed bowling, BBQ, and time spent with his family. Along with his wife, Gwen, of 39 years, Robert will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his mother, Margaret Stack of Fulton; son, Jason Stack of Mokane; daughter, Amanda Holland (Michael) of Fulton; sister, Renee Graham (Tim) of Columbia; and grandsons, Luke and Brett Holland. It was Robert's wish to be cremated. No services are planned at this time.
