Terry D. Sybrant

Terry D. Sybrant, 68, resident of Columbus, Ga., died on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Mr. Sybrant, son of Eileen Sybrant and the late Dean Donald Sybrant, was born November 11, 1945, in Hobart, Okla. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force for 20 years. Following his military service, he began a career in leadership roles for charitable organizations. First, serving as a CEO of the Family Center in Lake Charles, La., retiring as CEO of the Family Center in Columbus, Ga. Mr. Sybrant is survived by: his wife, of 39 years, Brenda (Brady) Sybrant of Columbus, Ga., daughter of Dale and Doris Brady of Fulton, Mo.; his mother, Eileen Sybrant; one sister, Janhavi Ulrich; two brothers, Larry Sybrant, and Keith Sybrant (wife Mai), all residing in Calif.; and other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at a later date.
