Luella Belcher

Luella Belcher, 76, of Fulton, Mo., died Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Fulton Nursing and Rehab. Luella was born on September 6, 1937, in Ethel, Mo., the daughter of Noah G. and Edith Eddia (Canada) Biswell. She had lived in the Mexico and Fulton areas most all her life. She is survived by four children; Doug Salmons & wife, Nora of Oak Harbor, Wash., Tammy Salmons of Alamogordo, N.M., Donna Belcher of Kingdom City, Mo., and Darren Belcher and wife, Paula of Mexico, Mo. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; Donnie and Derrick Jones, Rick and Noah Belcher, Michael Salmons and Irene Salmons, several great-grandchildren and two sisters; Helen Flowers of Mokane, Mo. and Naomi McDonald of Middleville, Mich. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at Arnold Funeral Home.
