Michael Hadley Brown

Michael Hadley Brown Sr., 56, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He was born June 2, 1957, the son of John W. Brown Sr. and Barbara N. Butler Brown. Michael was a life-long resident of Callaway and Montgomery County. He was a member of the Old Richland Baptist Church. He worked in construction, the State Hospital, Gaspers and 3M company in Columbia. Michael enjoyed working on small engines and operated his own business. In addition to his love of hunting, he also enjoyed fishing, football, baseball and especially riding his motorcycle. Michael lived his life to the fullest. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents; one son, Michael H. Brown Jr. of Montgomery City; one daughter, Stephanie L. Perkins of Kenosha, Wis.; one grandson, Jovani A. Perkins; one granddaughter, Victoria L. Rodriquez-Torres; two brothers, John W. Brown Jr. (Marilyn) of Sanford, N.C. and Cecil J. Brown of Kingdom City, Mo.; three sisters, Willetta J. Brookins (Lawrence) of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Betty W. Fagan of Dardenne Prairie, Mo., and Kathy E. Brown of Columbus, Ga. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with his nephew, Marquis Brookins officiating. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
