Susan Kay Moore, 42, of Fulton, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013, at her home, with her family by her side. She was born November 19, 1970, in Columbia, the daughter of Ronald Dooley and Doris (Chisham) Dooley. On May 6, 2000, Susan was united in marriage to Rick Moore, who survives her passing at the home. Susan was a member of Southside Baptist Church. She enjoyed her job as a certified Registered Nurse and worked at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City. Susan loved following her kids in all their events and was the loudest fan in the stands. Her smile and laugh would light up a room and she always made sure others joined in the fun. Rick was the love of her life. Susan's friends and family were very loved by her and that incredible love was returned. In addition to her parents and husband, Susan will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Jacob Moore of Fulton; three daughters, Jaime Duncan-Moore of Fulton, Kayla Sorell and husband, T.C., of Fulton, and Haley Moore of Auxvasse; one granddaughter, Kayden Lynn Sorell of Fulton; one brother, Jim Dooley and wife, Christina, of Fulton; and two sisters, Debbie Brown and husband, Kerry, of Cypress, Texas, and Joyce Dooley of Fulton; and numerous nieces and nephews. Susan was preceded in death by one son, Tyler Duncan. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2013, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Reverend Guy Thomas and Reverend Ron Baker officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, also at Maupin Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Callaway Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jacob Moore College Fund c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Blvd., Fulton, MO 65251.
