Steven Roy Cox

Steven Roy Cox, 60, of Rocky Mount, Missouri, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2011, at his home. He was born October 5, 1950, in Fulton, Missouri to the late John "Bud" Cox and Dorothy (Sheets) Kohman. Mr. Cox started his career as parts man for Callaway Farms, then worked as a salesman for Wrens Oldsmobile and GMC dealership in Fulton, Missouri and ended his career at Lloyd Belt Pontiac Buick GMC in Eldon, Missouri. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing at Lake of the Ozarks. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two brothers, Jim Cox and his wife Sonia of Fulton, Missouri and Bruce Cox and his wife Paula of Auxvasse, Missouri, and one half-brother Gary Cox and his wife Carol of Garrettsville, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-mother Bette Sue Cox. Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2011, at Maupin Funeral Home, Fulton, Missouri, with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until the time of service on Friday at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri.
