Phillip Allen Stewart

Phillip Allen Stewart, 67, of Fulton, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011, at his home. Philip was born February 1, 1944, in Rochester, Minn,, the son of Esmond and Marion (Tvedt) Stewart. He married Patricia Cashon on December 20, 1965, in Napa, Calif. Mr. Stewart was a Regional Fisheries Manager for the state of Montana for 27 years. He then was a market gardener selling at the Farmer's Market in Columbia for 13 years. In addition to gardening, he enjoyed singing, studying his Bible, hiking and time with family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Patt; two sons, Jordan and Matthew and his wife Sherlynn; one daughter, Sarah Goetz and husband Tyson; two brothers, David and wife Jeanne, Peter and wife Barbara; one sister, Karen and husband Jeff; six grandchildren, River, Brayden, TyLeigh, Andrew, Kassie and Lynda; 10 nieces; five nephews and a host of friends. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, with funeral services immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to: A Structure for Columbia Farmer's Market, P.O.
