Michael Rhea Edwards

Michael Rhea Edwards, 50, of Portland, Mo., passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011, at his home. He was born September 3, 1960, in St. Louis, Mo., the son of Euless and Juanita (Rhea) Edwards. Michael was an iron worker for Local #396. In addition to his mother, Juanita Edwards of O'Fallon, Mo., he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons, Gordon Rhea (Jenna) Edwards of O'Fallon, Mo. and Joseph Michael Edwards of Camdenton, Mo.; three grandchildren, Joshua, Cory and Grant Edwards, all of O'Fallon, Mo.; two sisters, Yvonne (Dan) Cowden and Sonya (Scott) Hancock of St. John, Mo. His father and all his grandparents preceded him in death. Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2011, at Have Bible Will Travel Church, 1745 Craig Road, St. Louis, MO, 63146, with Pastor Pat Rankin officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service on Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joey Edward's Education Fund.
