Richard Garland, age 54, of Mokane, went to Heaven on Monday, September 20, 2021, at home surrounded by family. Survivors include: wife, Regina; two daughters, Ashley Weiss of Barling Ark. and Erin Duncan of Columbia; three grandchildren; step-mother, Sandra Garland of Fort Bragg, Calif.; step-father, Bernard Kaminski of Steedman; two sisters; two brothers; three step-sisters; one step-brother.
