Morris "Lee" Horine

Morris "Lee" Horine, 62, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at University of Missouri Hospital. He was born to the late James Henderson (Ruth), and the late Betty Moore on March 6, 1959. He was adopted and raised by his mother and adoptive father, the late Bill Horine. Lee worked as a carpenter until he found his love of working on foreign cars around the Columbia, Missouri area. He eventually owned his own shop in Millersburg. He loved to barter his work for something else of interest to help a fella out. He loved sitting around his shop, visiting, BBQ, and watching NASCAR. He will be missed and lovingly remembered by spouse, Paula Griffin; sons, Adam Horine, and Max Ihler; daughters, Christa Sperling and Nicole Ihler; brothers, Greg Horine, Dick Starkey, Hank Moore, and Jeff Moore; sisters, Vicki King (Don), Jeanne Zelch (Dan), Christine Goff (Jeff), Charlene Bell (Chuck), Tracy Green (Kevin), and Mary Ann Moore; uncle, Charlie Starkey (Sandy); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by son, Cody Horine. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 2, 2021, at Lee's shop, beginning at 12:00 p.m. A memory box will be available for you to share memories of Lee. The family requests no flowers.
