James Keith Fabrizio

James Keith Fabrizio, age 94, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Kingdom Care Senior Living in Fulton, Mo. Keith was born in Fulton, Mo. on October 21, 1926, to James "Jim" and Mary Susan "Susie" (Davis) Fabrizio, who preceded him in death. Keith entered the Merchant Marines at age 17 to assist in war efforts during World War II. He served with the Merchant Marines for three years, during which time he traveled extensively delivering supplies for our troops. At the end of World War II he returned to the States and joined the Army and was stationed at Fort Knox, Kentucky rising to the rank of Corporal until his discharge. Keith was blessed with: two children, Kim Fabrizio of Winston-Salem, N.C. and Kathryn Rogers (Ron) of Carey, N.C.; two grandchildren, Maggie LaPlante and Sarah Letke, both of North Carolina; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Julia Faye Newsom of Fulton, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Ann Humphrey. Private family graveside service with full military honors will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021, in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
