Patricia Stewart, 74, of Fulton, passed away at Boone Hospital on Sunday, August 29, 2021. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on September 29, 1946, to the late James Cashon and the late Nola (Marshall) Cashon. In 1963, Pat was united in marriage to Phillip Stewart who preceded her in death on May 7, 2011. Pat earned her associates degree and worked as a nurse and lactation specialist until her retirement. She was a member of Hallsville Church of Christ and recently began attending the Church of Christ in Columbia. She enjoyed singing and made a couple of CDs. She was a master seamstress, and her number one passion was quilting. If you could get her out of the sewing room, she was equally talented in the kitchen and enjoyed making bread and canning. Pat will be lovingly remembered by sons, Jordan Walker Stewart of Fulton, and Matthew James Stewart (Stacy) of Shepherd, Mont.; daughter, Sara Jane Goetz of Billings, Mont.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Pat was preceded in death by sister, Frances Jane Hutchinson. Memorial services was held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton.
