Barbara Ann "B.A." McGrath, 86, of Fulton, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021, at her home with family by her side. She was born in Pettis County, Missouri on October 3, 1934, the daughter of the late Harry "Peg" Pace and the late Dorothy (Hotsenpillar) Pace. B.A. graduated from Smithton High School in 1952. In 1954, she moved to Fulton with her family. She soon began working at Missouri School for the Deaf as a house mother. During her lifetime, she also worked at Fulton Credit Bureau, Callaway Senior Center, and Fulton Police Department. B.A. loved the St. Louis Cardinals, going to Busch Stadium, attending Mizzou Tiger events, and going to the casino to play slots. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family. B.A. is survived by her daughter, Cathi Ann Ramirez; son, Edward McKinney Sr.; step-daughter, Debi Maddox Laurie; granddaughter, Stephani Ann McKinney (Scott); grandsons, Edward McKinney Jr. (Sarah), Pace McKinney, and Talon McKinney; great-granddaughters, Maryah Ann Solis (Logan), Alesa Ann Lee, Jasmine McKinney, and Isabel Delvalle; and great-grandson, Edward McKinney III; sister, Patty Cook (John); and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, B.A. was preceded in death by her brother, James Pace. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 17, 2021, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens.
