Rocky Lee Loucks, 66, of Fulton, passed away at Boone Hospital Center on Thursday, April 22, 2021. He was born in Fulton on January 11, 1955, to the late Ronald Loucks and the late Delores Maureen (Simpson) Loucks. Rocky married Kathy (Sapp) Loucks on December 18, 1971. She survives his passing. Rocky retired from the Department of Mental Health where he worked as an electrician. Good with his hands, he was known as Mr. Fix-It. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing at Truman Lake, and his golden retriever, Gabe. However, nothing brought him as much happiness as spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered by his wife of 49 years, Kathy; son, Billy Loucks and his wife Tonya, and their children, Kaitlyn Loucks (Jacob Bellomy), and Austin Loucks. He is also survived by brothers, Raymond "Bub" Loucks, and Everett Leroy Loucks, both of Fulton; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Rocky was preceded in death by brother, Ronald Lee Loucks Jr. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 26, 2021, at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton.
