Shirley Ann Cunningham

Shirley Ann Cunningham, 86, of Chesterfield, Mo., formerly of Fulton, Mo., passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021, at Delmar Gardens West in Chesterfield, Mo. Shirley was born on January 21, 1935, in Boulder, Colo., the daughter of Clarence and Gwendolyn (Lull) Allan, who preceded her in death. She was married on August 16, 1953 in Denver, Colo. to Donald Cunningham. Shirley was a faithful member of the United Methodist Church in Fulton, Mo. and the VFW Women's Auxiliary. She retired from the Fulton State Hospital as a Ward Clerk. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Donald Cunningham of the home; one daughter, Stephanie Hentchel (Tim) of Ballwin, Mo.; one sister, Janice Barton (Wayne) of Boulder, Colo.; three grandchildren, Aaron Hentchel, Danielle Hentchel and Casey Hentchel; and one great-grandson, Mason Hentchel. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Sharon Mulcahy, and two brothers, Roger Saxton and Bobby Saxton. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Debo Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Burial will follow in Callaway Memorial Gardens, Fulton, Mo.
