Connie Sue Mustain, 72, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at Kingdom Care Senior Living, Fulton, Mo. Connie was born on November 4, 1948, in Arkansas, the daughter of Virgil and Imogene (Henson) Farris, who preceded her in death. On November 21, 2009, she was united in marriage to Thomas Mustain in California, Mo. She was a faithful member of the Fairgrounds Road Church of Christ in Jefferson City, Mo. She retired from the Department of Social Services with the State of Missouri in Jefferson City, Mo. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Mustain of the home; one son, Larry Branch of Fulton, Mo.; two daughters, Melissa Ackley (Robert) of Fulton, Mo. and Pamela Wood of Fulton, Mo.; two brothers, Jack Farris (Barbara) of Osage Beach, Mo. and Joe Farris (Becky) of Roach, Mo.; one sister, Rose Barnes of Jefferson City, Mo.; three grandchildren, Loren Robinett, Brandon Ackley and Logan Ackley; three great-grandchildren, Aiden, Taylor and Preston; three step-children, Lea Chandler (Jimmy) of Tebbetts, Mo., Thomas Mustain Jr. of Holts Summit, Mo. and Kimberly Blanton (Amiel) of Holts Summit, Mo.; eight step- grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Charlotte Mustain of Ashland, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah Lynn Wood, and one sister, Anna Marie Fowler. Funeral services were held Friday, April 2, 2021, at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton, Mo., with Rev. Carey Terry and Rev Brent Newton officiating. Burial was held in Callaway Memorial Gardens.
