Tammy Lachelle Siegel

Tammy Lachelle Siegel, 53, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City. She was born in Columbia, Missouri on August 6, 1967 to Donnie Wayne Short and Mary "Cricket" (Thompson) Rau. Tammy was employed at Fulton State Hospital where she worked as a scheduler. She was known throughout the hospital for her work ethic. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the casino and could spend countless hours chatting on the phone. But it was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, that made her happiest. Tammy will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Donnie Short (Mary Ann) of Fulton and Mary "Cricket" Rau (Pete) of Farmington; son, Preston Siegel (Krista) of Columbia; brother, Greg Short (Rachel) of Littleton, Colo.; grandchildren, Christina and Trenton; step-brothers, Lance Gregory and Doug Rau; and step-sisters, Kim Lawson, Patrice Conatser, Tasha Hovis and Kelly Jay. She was preceded in death by granddaughter, Serinity Siegel. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Maupin Funeral Home. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
