Reba "Pearl" Lynch Wilson, 99, of Williamsburg, Mo., died on Saturday, August 29, 2020, at her daughter's home in rural Montgomery City, Mo., surrounded by family. Reba Pearl Lynch Wilson was born on May 1, 1921 in Shamrock, Mo., to John Madison Lynch and Betty McCowan Lynch. She married Martin Wilson on December 19, 1948 in St. Albans, Missouri. He preceded her in death at a very young age, but had a wonderful marriage. Mrs. Wilson enjoyed any kind of yard work, especially working with her flowers and her garden. She was an avid Cardinal Baseball fan. Mrs. Wilson is survived by her daughter, Rita Byers and husband Gary of rural Montgomery City, Mo.; one grandson, Travis Gruenloh of Williamsburg, Mo.; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents, John Madison Lynch and Betty McCowan Lynch; her husband, Martin Wilson; and by her brothers and sisters: Harry Lynch, John Lynch and wife, Martha; Opal Haley, Nannie Mae Tomek, Angie Stiegman, and four brothers and one sister that all died in infancy. Funeral services were held Monday, August 31, 2020 at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, Mo. The Rev. Jim Cline officiated and interment was held in the Liberty Cemetery near Martinsburg, Mo. Casketbearers were Travis Gruenloh, Mark Lynch, Sam Lynch, Jeff Rice, Jeff Haley, and Steve Lynch. Honorary casketbearers included John Lynch, Ronnie Tomek, and Chris Lehmann.
