Gwenyth Fall Baker, 92, Fulton, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at Presbyterian Manor in Fulton, Mo. Gwenyth was born on July 5, 1927, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada the daughter of Harry and Ruth (Aljoe) Fall who preceded her in death. She was married in 1944, in Chicago, Ill. to Howard Baker who preceded her in death on October 20, 2015, after 71 years of marriage. Gwen was a member at the United Methodist Church in Olympia Fields, Ill., where she was a member of the choir. She attended Lawrence University in Appleton, Wis. and was a founding member of the South Suburban Archaeological Society. Survivors include: two daughters, Gail Baker Nolan of South Bend, Ind. and Nancy Baker Hux (David) of Fulton, Mo.; one son, Doug Baker (Debbie) of Scarborough, Maine; one brother, Harry Fall (Arden) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; six grandchildren, Andrew Nolan, Sarah Nolan Adams, Derek Hux, Erin Hux Bolyard, Jocelyn Baker and David Baker; and eight great-grandchildren, Jaina Adams, Christopher Adams, Jonathan Adams, Lexi Hux, Lillian Hux, Kenneth Bolyard IV, David Bolyard and Dorothy Bolyard. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Fall. Visitation will be on Monday, March 9, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Debo Funeral Home, Fulton Mo. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020, at the funeral home with Rev. Bruce Williamson officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Fulton, Mo.
