Treva Faye Oden

Treva Faye Oden, 88, of Auxvasse, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at Gamma Road Lodge. She was born on December 19, 1931 in Williamsburg, the daughter of the late Frank Love and the late Evalena (Ferguson) Love. Treva was married to Donald R. Oden, who preceded her in death in 1992. Treva retired from Fulton State Hospital where she worked as an activity aide for more than 30 years. She was a member of Grand Prairie Baptist Church. Treva enjoyed working on genealogy and flower gardening. She was a volunteer at Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society. She is survived by son, Bobby Joe Fletcher Sr. of Auxvasse; sister, Elizabeth Marie McCulley of Auxvasse; sister-in-law, Jean Love; grandchildren, B. J. Fletcher, Jr. and Jennifer Willett (Jesse); and great-grandchildren, Christopher, Gabe, Wyatt, and Hope Marie Willett. In addition to her parents and husband, Treva was preceded in death by brother, Gilbert Love; and sisters, Helen Irene Easley and Ora Belle Sapp. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Grand Prairie Baptist Church in Auxvasse. Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service at the church. Interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Auxvasse Cemetery.
