Patrick Carroll Davis, 70, of Holts Summit, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at SSM in Jefferson City. He was born on October 21, 1949, in Mokane, Missouri to the late Hubert "Dick" Davis and the late Helen (Davis) Davis. Patrick proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Missouri Department of Transportation following 24 years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to the casino. Always up-to-date on current events, he loved to talk politics. Patrick will be remembered as a good story teller. Time spent with family and friends brought him the most joy. Those remaining to mourn his passing include his soulmate of 20 years, Evelyn Smith; son, Jeff Davis (Shannon) of Fulton; daughters, Stacy Davis-Alley and Katie Davis of Columbia; step-daughter, Kimberly Bradfield (John) of Kansas City, Missouri; brother, Timothy Davis of St. Louis; sisters, Teresa Kroll (Rick) of Dixie, and Beth Boyd (Jack) of Fulton; and seven grandchildren, Ricky Revak, Scotty Revak, Rebecca Milligan (Morgan), Freddy Jones, Carson Jones, Blake Mills, and Salena Pottebaum; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by brother, Mike Davis; sister, Jerry Thomas and her husband, Russell; and son-in-law, Mark Alley. It was Patrick's wish to be cremated.
