Ella Virginia "Tooter" Vance, 75, of Fulton, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019, surrounded by family. She was born on July 18, 1944 in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of the late Paul W. Angel and the late Minnie T. (Duncan) Angel. Tooter enjoyed watching NASCAR and Lifetime movies. She loved cooking and made the best deviled eggs. More than anything, Tooter could always be counted on to take care of her family. She is survived by lifelong companion, Charles Cooper of Fulton; children, Mike Oliver (Kimberly) of Columbia, Paula Hoover (Jerry Martino) of Moberly, and Spencer Vance of Fulton; brother, Jack Angel (Nancy) of Seattle, Wash.; grandchildren, Jessie M. Bell. Zackery A. Oliver, and Elizabeth R. McKinney; and great-grandchildren, Aiden J. Oliver, Khali D. Bell, and Khalida R. Bell. Tooter was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Harold T. Angel; and granddaughter, Brittany R. DeLozier. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens.
