Luther Jr. William Black

Luther William Black Jr., 68, of Fulton, passed away at his home on Thursday, November 14, 2019. He was born the son of the late Luther Black Sr. and the late Allie Virginia (Davis) Black. He is survived by son, Michael Black (Anna), and several other children; brothers, Kenneth Black; sister, Mary Margaret Coram; half-sister, Christina Wilson; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
