Shirley Mae Stephens, 76, of New Bloomfield, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019. She was born in Fulton on May 24, 1943, the daughter of the late J. Russell Wagers and the late Wilma Ann (Ihler) Wagers. On October 30, 1965, Shirley was united in marriage to August Henry Stephens. He survives her passing. Shirley loved being outdoors, fishing and squirrel hunting. She spent her days caring for her home and her family and could always be counted on to babysit her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
