Donald G. "Don" Kolb, 83, of Eldon, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 1, 1936, in Osage Bend, a son of the late Leonard F. Kolb and Mary G. (Hazelhorst) Popp. He was united in marriage to Deanna M. (Stutte) Langendoerfer on November 17, 1978, who survives of the home. He is survived by his wife of 40 years (one day shy of 41), Deanna "Dee"; children: Lisa Songy (John) of Overland Park, Craig Kolb of Jefferson City, Bryan Langendoerfer (Kelley) of Tennessee and Kimberly Pabst (Danny) of Fulton; grandchildren: Christopher Ortbals of Kansas City, Missouri, Michael Ortbals of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Jonathan Ortbals (Courtney) of Warrensburg, Missouri, Zachery Kolb (Megan) of Kentucky, Courtney Kolb-Melton (Mark) of Kentucky, Robert Langendoerfer II of North Carolina, Jasmine Langendoerfer of Tennessee, Walker Pabst of Fulton, Missouri, Maddison Thorp of Fulton, Missouri and Simone Angelbeck of British Columbia; great-grandchildren: Camden and Annaleigh Kolb of Kentucky, Noah Goodaker of Kentucky, Nash Wuebben of Kentucky, Isaac Langendoerfer of North Carolina and 1 great-granddaughter, Novalee Ortbals, due in February 2020; sister-in-law; Ruth Kolb; his five nephews: Gary, Danny, Fred, Lloyd and Mike Kolb and several great-nieces and nephews and one very special friend from Perth, Australia: Trish Nicholls. Don is preceded in death by his daughter: Kristin Angelbeck; brother: Leonard "Sonny" Kolb, and brother-in-law: Mark Stutte. Family and Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 21, 2019, at Millard-Rekus Family Funeral Chapel.
