Four Fulton soccer girls named to all-conference team

Four girls from the Fulton soccer team were named to the North Central Missouri Conference all-conference team.

Senior Anna Lowry and juniors Kauri Henderson and Lexi Henley were named to the first team and senior Karsyn Arthur was named to the second team. Lowry was second-team all conference back in 2019.

Fulton head coach Joel Henley said he was excited to see four of his players recognized by the other conference coaches, and it shows how much they each stood out this year.

"This is the most selections we have had in the last four years and possibly longer," Henley said. "I think this also goes to show how well the team did around each of these players this year.

"The team will miss Lowry, Arthur, and Henley next year, but Henderson and the rest of the team returning will be poised to take the next step as a soccer program."

For the season, Henderson had five goals (two game-winning), three assists and 13 points. Henley recorded 8 goals (one game-winning), six assists and 22 points. In their final seasons for the program, Lowry scored five goals (one game-winning) and 10 points and Arthur had 10 goals (one game-winning), three assists and 23 points.

The Lady Hornets finished fourth in the conference with a 4-6 record in conference play and a 9-13 overall record.
