MARSHALL — Sophomore Eli Henry won all five of his matches by pin to secure first place at 160 pounds as the Thunderbirds finished fifth as a team at the Marshall Tournament on Saturday.
Henry raised his season record to 19-4 as North Callaway accumulated 69 points.
Sophomore Grant Bell (10-11) went 2-1 to come in second at 138 for the Thunderbirds, while freshman Lane Kimbley (17-3) was 1-1 in placing second at 113. Sophomore Kyle Scott (3-5) took second at 145 despite going 0-2.
Sophomore Mathias Lobb (12-9) finished third at 152 for North Callaway. Sophomore Connor Green (14-4), sophomore Caleb Rohrbach (2-13) and senior John Allen (1-7) placed fourth at 120, 195 and 170, respectively.
Sophomore Carson Safranski (8-12) took fifth at 126.
Hickman collected the team title with 176 points.
The Thunderbirds host a quad meet with Centralia, Marshall and Fatima at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
