"Overall, I thought we played pretty well, especially coming off the (holiday) break," Lady Wildcats head coach Patrick Center said. "We played with a lot of energy and our effort was good - it was definitely a game we could have won.

"In the second quarter, Eugene went on a run and got the lead to about 20 at one point, and we cut it to 14 at the half. In the second half, we battled hard and cut the lead to nine, but we just couldn't get any closer."
