Fulton got on the scoreboard in the 26th minute when Karsyn Arthur netted an unassisted goal.
The score remained 1-0 until Lexi Henley scored on an assist from Maddie Dyro in the 54th minute.
Raquel Lozano assisted Anna Lowry for the final goal in the 60th minute of the North Central Missouri Conference game.
Mexico dropped to 0-10 overall and 0-5 in the NCMC.
In Tuesday's game at Moberly, the Lady Hornets fell 1-0 in PKs.
