KIRKSVILLE - Kirksville got up early and ended it early Thursday in a 10-0 victory in six innings against Fulton.
The Tigers led 4-0 after the first inning, 6-0 at the end of two and 9-0 after five before ending it by run-rule with a run in the sixth.
Grant Derenzy tallied a pair of hits and Josh Dunmire had the other hit off Kirksville pitcher Dominic Cahalan, who struck out six and walked two in six innings on the mound.
Kirksville is 6-5 overall and 3-3 in the North Central Missouri Conference.
Fulton (3-10, 1-5) will play Tuesday at Battle.
