Prep baseball: Father Tolton defeats South Callaway 9-3

MOKANE - Father Tolton's Jonah Sarabia got plenty of run support Friday in the Trailblazers' 9-3 victory against the South Callaway Bulldogs.

Father Tolton scored twice in each of the first two innings, once in each of the next three and twice in the ninth.

South Callaway's Jacob Martin led off the bottom of the ninth with a triple and later scored on Ryan Lepper's infield single.

Dustin Russell hit an RBI double and scored when Braden Allen reached on an error.

Jacob Hoernschemeyer and Logan Thompson each had four hits for Father Tolton (3-1).

 Sarabia struck out 11 in 6 1/3 innings for the Trailblazers. 

South Callaway (5-9) will host St. Elizabeth on Monday.
