EUGENE — The South Callaway girls posted six individual wins and a relay victory, while the boys had a pair of individual second-place finishes and two runner-up results in relays Tuesday in a middle school meet.
Leading the South Callaway girls was Reece Pahl, who placed first in the 100-meter dash (12.71), the 100-meter hurdles (17.6) and the 200 (28.21).
Pahl also finished second in the long jump with a leap of 13 feet, 4.25 inches.
Ella Coleman (triple jump, 29-0), Fayth Gwaltnery (pole vault, 5-11.5) and McKenzie Laughlin (discus, 66-10) all posted victories for the Lady Bulldogs.
Kelsey Wetherell cleared 4-2 in the high jump to take second.
The 4x400-meter relay team of Laughlin, Coleman, Madelyn Radmacher and Gwaltnery won with a time of 5:13.67.
The South Callaway boys 4x100 relay team of Tristan Alonzo, Graden Pontius, Kolton Adrian and Caleb Markley placed second in 55.06.
Deacon Daugherty, Quintin McDonald, Aidan Wetherell and Chase Mealy finished second in the 4x800 in 12:18.17.
Markley was second (12.71) in the 100 and Colten Crocker finished second in the pole vault (7-7.75).
South Callaway will compete Tuesday in the Show-Me Conference meet in Westphalia.
