OAK GROVE - Senior Jackson Caswell locked up the championship at 120 pounds as the Fulton Hornets finished eighth as a team Saturday at the Oak Grove Panther Classic.
Sophomore Josh Dunmire took second at 220 pounds for Fulton, which accumulated 108 points.
Caswell (38-1) scored a 3-1 decision against Blue Springs' Cayden Dotson for the title at 120.
Dunmire (29-11) was pinned by Belton's Keegan Bradley in 1:31 in the championship match at 220.
Monett easily captured the team title with 311.5 points. Fort Osage followed in second with 231 points and Blue Springs was third with 218.5.
The Hornets compete in the Class 2 District 2 tournament starting Friday in Mexico.
