KINGDOM CITY — North Callaway junior Kaleigh Moore came in second in 19:57.07 in the varsity girls division as the Ladybirds placed fourth in their own North Callaway Invitational on Saturday.

South Callaway sophomore Raegan Brown was 16th in 22:34.94 as the Lady Bulldogs did not field a complete team.

In the varsity boys division, South Callaway junior Dustin Russell took seventh in 18:17.73 as the Bulldogs finished eighth overall. North Callaway junior Grant Eichman placed 14th in 18:44.60 as the Thunderbirds came in seventh as a team.

Senior Daelyn Schmauch was 18th in 22:54.03 as the North Callaway girls logged 77 points. Senior River Nolting took 20th in 22:55.57, sophomore Rachael Jeffries finished 22nd in 23:03.34 and sophomore Piper Jeffries came in 29th in 23:17.91.

Junior Karley Patrick placed 41st in 25:23.24 for the South Callaway girls and junior Anna Niederschulte was 55th in 33:36.57.

Junior Raife Evans took 21st in 19:24.04 as the South Callaway boys posted 144 points. Senior Nathanael Shuler finished 36th in 20:07.86, freshman Dylan Dugan came in 42nd in 20:44.30 and junior Kenny Brown placed 54th in 22:57.72.

Junior Joseph Crawford was 25th in 19:34.01 as the North Callaway boys tallied 131 points. Freshman Brendan Reinhard took 30th in 19:51.07, sophomore David Baires finished 31st in 19:55.97 and junior Noah Scrogum came in 45th in 21:16.98.

St. Charles completed a sweep of the girls' and boys' team championships with 45 and 49 points, respectively.

South Callaway competes in the Russellville Invitational at 9 a.m. Saturday. North Callaway runs in the Centralia Invitational at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15.
