JEFFERSON CITY - The No. 2 seed Hornets were blanked by the No. 1 Crusaders in the Class 1, District 8 championship Wednesday afternoon.
Fulton finished its season with a 7-7 record. Helias (13-0) advances to face the District 7 champion - either Moberly or Kirksville - in Class 1 sectional play.
